Shipping
Everfit Helathcare PTY Ltd can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there may be a few restrictions on some specialised products which cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. The weight and size of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Free shipping
Where Free shipping is indicated this means an item or items will be shipped to the customers front entrance (ground level) of their allocated address provided on order free of charge if not an extreme rural location.*Extreme Rural is considered anywhere beyond 100km of the Major Cities of Brisbane, Sydney or Victoria warehouse locations, all other locations may be considered extreme rural and shipping fees will apply at the discretion of Everfit Healthcare PTY Ltd. Standard delivery is ground level delivery only. In the instance where special delivery is required (beyond front entrance on ground level) on any item extra fees will be applied, the extra fees applied will vary and will be at the discretion of Everfit Healthcare PTY Ltd which will take into consideration the item ordered and the type of delivery that is required.
*Extreme Rural deliveries within Australia will incur extra shipping fees and free shipping does not apply (Everfit Customer Care Team will contact customer if this is applies). Customers are encouraged to contact Everfit Healthcare via email (Contact us page) or phone on 1 800 908 903 prior to purchasing items to confirm applicable shipping fees.
*Extreme Rural deliveries within Australia will incur extra shipping fees where the standard fixed shipping fee applies plus an additional extreme rural fee (Everfit Customer Care Team will contact customer if this applies).
*Customers are encouraged to contact Everfit Healthcare via email or phone on 1 800 908 903 prior to purchasing items to confirm shipping fees to their particular location.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the products for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you wish to do so.

Returns Policy
Queensland's Fair Trading Act 1989, protects consumers and provides for an equitable, competitive, informed and safe market place, and Everfit Healthcare Pty Ltd will make every effort to comply with the terms and spirit of this and other relevant acts relating to Fair Trading.
Everfit Healthcare will not provide refunds for wrong product selection or change of mind. Customer can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.
All faults and discrepancies must be reported to Everfit Healthcare on 1 800 908 903 immediately of receipt so the matter can be rectified. Anything reported after this time and without a warranty will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.
If, in the case that we have made a mistake with your order we will provide you with a specific return address and we will pay for the item to be re-despatched.
If the customer has made a mistake regarding the item they have ordered then postage must be paid by the customer both to and from our warehouse. Administration and processing fees will also be applied.
No refunds will be issued for customer damage or incorrect assembly.
All items returned must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. Registered post is advisable to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery.
If any item is returned to us 'postage to be paid on delivery' all charges incurred by Everfit Healthcare Australia will be deducted from any credit from the customer.
Returns/Exchanges: To organise a return or and exchange the customer is required to call Everfit Healthcare on 1 800 908 903 and obtain an Exchange/Returns Authorisation Form, this form will detail where to send your item(s) and any charges that may be applicable.
Please Note that you must immediately from receipt of your order apply for a Form of Exchange/Return. Items received after this date will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.
If Everfit does not receive a stamped addressed envelope or a cheque covering the cost of the postal/delivery charged to the customer - the item will be dispatched as postage paid on delivery.
Incorrectly ordered items
For incorrect orders Everfit Healthcare does not provide a refund for incorrect orders, an exchange may be considered but fees will be applied accordingly.
International customers must contact Everfit Healthcare in the same way as domestic customers. International customers note that Everfit Healthcare only delivers products within Australia where items are to be fully inspected immediate by customers upon delivery in Australia. If a customer chooses to take a product outside of Australia they due so at their own discretion and Everfit Healthcare accepts no liability for these items. No return policy for items taken outside of Australia.
Postage must be paid by the customer - and return postage for any agreed items must be pre paid by the customer at the appropriate rate. Service to any item that is required for repair is only available in Australia.
Returns are only accepted due to product faults and will only be accepted from customers who purchased from Everfit Healthcare Pty Ltd in Australia. Whilst it is not compulsory, we suggest that any return is mailed by at Registered Post or equal quality Courier and this must be at your expense.
Everfit Healthcare-is not required to provide a refund when a customer insists despite warnings that it may not be suitable for the customer needs.
Returns will only be accepted from customers who purchased from Everfit Healthcare Pty Ltd in Australia. Whilst it is not compulsory, we suggest that any return is mailed by at Registered Post or equal quality Courier and this must be at your expense.

Faulty items
If your item has been returned due to a fault and has been inspected by our professionals and a grant is approved for refund.
You should expect to receive your refund only after full inspection from our professional team. The customer is required to pay for shipping costs to have a item returned for inspection of a possible faulty item. It will be at the discretion of Everfit Healthcare after inspection of an item if the customer will receive a refund for shipping costs.
