The Inspire FID Bench is a Sturdy Flat / Incline / Decline Bench made for the FT2 with a Backrest Board and Padded Seat, Making it a Comfortable, Handy Exercise Option with Compatable Inspire Functional Trainers

While it is a great stand alone option, the Inspire FID Bench is perfectly matched with the FT2 Functional Trainer and can be complimented by the addition of the optional leg ext / curl attachment to provide full pin loaded capability for leg work outs, and optional preacher curl attachment sold separately.
